Lanzarote &c

Monday, 1 November 2010
Dear world of bloggering, greetings. It's been a while. I think. It's been over a week. That's quite a while, right?

With regard to the title: &c = etc; I learnt that this week because reading is good, in fact in the past week I have read 4 books, which now that I think about it were all different genres, that's minorly impressive. (Shadow Wave - action; Pride and Prejudice - classic romance; Sleeping Arrangements - chick lit; Alexandria - historical comedy/murder mystery - just in case you were wondering)

I'm currently rather angryish. This probably has something to do with post-holiday blues (but probably not very much, I don't seem to be suffering from that much this time), something to do with things which we do not discuss (but other people do)(try and work that one out)(on second thought just don't)(no, it's not anything bad, don't be ridiculous)(well, it is bad, but not in any normal sense of the word)(ENOUGH), something to do with the urge to strangle, something to do with getting a lecture, and everything to do with the fact that I don't appreciate getting a massive English research project to do. Especially when relevant information for it is so (I love gummy bears) difficult to find! Arghhhhh.

On a brighter note, I can now say that I know for certain that I get my stalking skills from my mother (who was acting like an overexcited teenage girl earlier this week), I can make her jealous by saying that I was [technically] swimming with a footballer, I have seen an ex-gangster jump because of - of all things - a fake spider, I have become a dance teacher, and I have a new favourite singer! Oh, and my k-pop obsession is 95% dead. As in, there remain a few songs which I love and a few other loose ends, but apart from that, all that remains is a hint of nostalgia. But it lasted a year, that's a LONG obsession!

I need to go and do this infernal English project, why am I blogging? GOODBYE.

I want some chocolate

*some MORE chocolate

(wait no, it's almost dinnertime, don't be an idiot)
